I shipped a tiny side project that turns my phone into a remote trackpad for my laptop.

The setup is simple: serve a local website from the laptop, open it on the phone, and use the touch surface like a wireless mouse. It feels weirdly satisfying to control one machine from another through plain old browser tech.

Not a moonshot. Just a useful little thing that shouldn't exist, but now does.

I'm increasingly convinced these are the best projects: small, practical experiments that collapse distance between "that would be nice" and "done."
